Comfortable bedding made sleeping easier during my stay.

The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, and I was concerned during my entire stay. The staff's response to a sudden emergency that shut down the hotel was inadequate and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Additionally, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were below acceptable standards, which was disappointing after such a long trip.

We enjoyed the close access to subway stations, and the accommodating staff made our stay smooth, especially with our late check-in after a canceled flight.

We enjoyed visiting The Chocolate Factory Theater nearby, and the incredible food options were the highlight of our trip! The room we had overlooked the city skyline, providing a lovely backdrop for our family getaway.

My kids wished the rooms were bigger for more space. An additional cot would have been fantastic for added comfort.

It was just a good match for a fleeting trip to New York, great for the money. The breakfast selection was limited. however, the coffee was surprisingly good and gave me a nice start to the day. Check for parking options beforehand to avoid frustration.

The amenities like the cozy lounge area and small outdoor terrace made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. However, breakfast could use a bit more variety, though it was included, which was a nice bonus. 😊

We checked out The Chocolate Factory Theater for some food and later caught a show at The Secret Theater. Our room was super clean with an excellent view. It’s just a short walk to the subway—very convenient for exploring.

While the area felt sketchy with too many car repair spots, the hotel had a weird vibe too, especially with the unexpected shutdown due to a polio emergency! What the heck?

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a nice stay, enjoying the comfy bed and spacious room. However, the noise from the adjacent room disrupted my sleep frequently. Wish there had been better dining options nearby. Tip for future guests, bring snacks, as local eateries are limited.

I got an early check in which was kinda nice. The bed and bathroom were clean and they even had a coffee machine in the room!
